  • I've placed my order, now what? How long til' I get JuicedUp?
Local Pickup: Await confirmation email to know the status of given order(s).  Please allow up to 4 weeks at most to receive confirmation that your order has been filled (due to volume at times this can be expected).  Please do not contact regarding status of order without having referred to email for given confirmation(s) to pick up. Your order is never filled until said email confirms (search email inbox "JuicedUp Inc").
SHIPMENTS: See above: "Local Pickup" guidelines. Orders are shipped MONDAYS THRU WEDNESDAYS only to assure delivery same week. Any order placed beyond Wednesday is subject for shipping that NEXT week. Once shipped, your email will alert you on tracking info. Items generally ship at 2/3 day shipping at most. If beyond said days once shipment is in route via confirmation, please email 1JUICEDUPBAR@GMAIL.COM to speak further.

  • I have an issue with my product(s), now what?
Though we unfortunately offer no refunds, if there is an issue, PLEASE LET US KNOW! We too make mistakes and would love the opportunity to rectify the situation. DM us on Instagram @JuicedUpInc or email us at 1JUICEDUPBAR@GMAIL.COM with order numbers and/or pictures for reference. 

  • I entered my the wrong billing address, how will I get my order?
If this is our biggest stressor today sunshine, we are STILL blessed! No worries, shoot us a DM or email with order number + name + corrections and we will handle that right away. 

 

  • I've received my juice.. BUT ITS FROZEN! omg, how do I drink it?
Frozen beverage is good! That means it was preserved during shipping for optimal  freshness. Simply set in a sink to thaw out and/or place in a container with cold water. It will thaw out promptly. 
  • I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
